Hot Fix Update 2!


Hey everyone!

It's been a little while since the last update as I am currently in the middle of finishing my dev video of this project. Before I drop it for everyone to see, I wanted to give the game the best leg for it to stand on by fixing a slew of remaining bugs that still plagued the game. There are still issues but we're getting there!

Map:

  • Removed the health vial randomly in the main area
  • Made the door interactable a little bit less buggy

AI:

  • AI now tracks the player through doorways
  • AI won't lose the player if they're too high off the ground

Weapons:

  • Individual Fire Rate upgrades actually decrease fire rate (before it accidently increased the fire rate)
  • Spamming fire should be the same rate as holding fire
  • Max Ammo upgrades doesn't double the ammo amount
  • Ammo now checks your current max ammo count instead of the default max count
  • Power Upgrades no long upgrades health as well

Health and Armor:

  • Armor upgrades are a 20% ap increase instead of a flat 20 ap increase
  • Armor upgrades now increase individual armor health by 20% (ie Chest plate, Helmet, Kneepads)
  • Armor pieces now get picked up if they add to individual armor health
  • Health and Armor pick ups go up to the max health and armor respectively
